It took a while for PC World to deliver my birthday present, but finally it arrived – four weeks after anticipated. It was therefore with great anticipation that I unwrapped the GoPro Hero 4 (and also the various fittings I procured from eBay) last weekend.
As someone who has spent most of his professional life working out how to make technology work and serve its intended purpose, it will come as no surprise to you that I spent a modicum of time (well very little at all) reading the manual to work out how my GoPro should be used.
This morning, therefore, having mulled over the potential pros and cons of reading the various GoPro manuals that are now in my possession, I elected to take to the road and to let chance take its toll without turning a single page!
I set my alarm for 5:40am as I retired last night and, after snoozing my alarm for the third time this morning, I finally got up and disturbed my good friend Woodsy, who has stayed over for the night, as I finally surfaced.
The 20 mile ride took me about an hour and twenty plus stop time to complete and set me up for the day! The GoPro seemed to work and here’s my first attempt to squash 90 minutes into 90 seconds. Improvement needed!
